✨ What actually happens in a coaching session?
Each session is a mix of conversation, tools, and practical support. We’ll explore what’s coming up for you right now, where you want to go, and what’s getting in the way. I’ll share frameworks and strategies designed around your wiring (not one-size-fits-all “fixes”), and together we’ll create doable next steps that feel supportive instead of overwhelming.

✨ How is this different from therapy?
Therapy often looks to the past — coaching is about supporting you in the present and helping you create a future that feels sustainable and authentic. Coaching is action-oriented: we focus on building habits, structures, and self-trust while still holding space for your emotions. Many people find that coaching works beautifully alongside therapy, but it’s not a replacement for medical or mental health treatment.

✨ What if I’ve tried coaching before and it didn’t work?
Totally valid. Many coaching models assume you’re starting from a “blank slate” — but I know you’re not. You’ve lived, you’ve survived, you’ve already tried a hundred things.
