Do detox things and think detox thoughts.

OR

Just do the real detox which isn’t what you perceive as detox at all-

feeling and releasing emotions stored in the body

facing the version of self that we ignore and push away

self-reflection of life, childhood, until there is only gratitude.

This is how you “heal” your liver

You address the emotion it holds for you.

You thank it for doing every what it’s done.

And you begin-

beginning to peel away everything that has accumulated onto and around you.

These things drive you to green juices and ideas about “flushing” your body.

That’s not the flush it’s looking for.

It’s looking for change within you- how you live and what you unknowingly carry.

I’m not saying don’t self-care- I’m saying do what feels good for you because you love it, and it feels like a love letter to yourself. Do what you know to be right for you- somehow, within. Appreciate the wealth of health information out there. But treat it as that. Information and not law.

No one is wiser than your body.

No one is wiser than you.

Can you start to listen?
