If you haven’t pushed your sore and aching body and mind into meditation or morning sunlight – or better yet, both, at the same time…
Do you even want to heal?
Have you ever considered how subconsciously we might delay our own healing?
Staying in cycles of suffering or sabotage can be an attempt to control a familiar outcome- affirming limiting beliefs in the subconscious and providing the body with familiar chaos.
Your body is a biological creation that requires morning sunlight and to generally be in the rhythm with nature. When we go against this, or neglect our emotional states- which go hand in hand might I add, we find ourselves in states of dis-ease.
At what appears to happen here is interesting to me.
We either snap into better judgement- scared straight by the appearance of symptoms that could indicate oncoming suffering. Because everything we do is essentially just to avoid perceived suffering. (By creating our own cozy suffering? I don’t make the rules. I wish I did.)
Or. Or it’s like a binky. A shield from life and an excuse not to live. Sorry, I can’t come. That’s out of my capacity. I have chronic illness.
But what’s beneath it? What’s beneath chronic illness? And all illness?
**Because to me- illness DOES NOT EXIST.
The condition you think you have is the healing.
Whatever your body is doing is intentional.
It does not make mistakes. What even decides a mistake?
Did we search all the human bodies for a “perfect” cell and once we found it we built “medicine” around trying to achieve that one cell. Everything else is a mistake- an imperfection?
Compared to what? We’re biological creatures on a spinning rock in space. Who decides this shit?
All I see is nature. I don’t see mistakes.
The body knows what it’s doing.
Can we start looking at the internal states that could be sending the body into healing response after healing response?
Instead of scaring everyone with conflict-inducing and shocking diagnosis that feel like shit.
And can we stop wearing the things that feel like shit as a badge of honor?
We can actually choose to not participate in these systems that limit and indoctrinate the magic and ability of our own bodies. We can choose not to live in ways that limit and indoctrinate our own magic and ability, too.
It’s all up to us. This realization can feel heavy before it feels empowering- but I assure you it is.
Awareness is the solution to quite literally every problem.
Awareness over our tendencies and patterns and even insight into how we can trick ourselves into lesser outcomes.
And awareness into how we find ourselves in the same situations and patterns that we keep saying we’re “sick” of.
We can heal- everything. The ‘everything’ we want to heal already is the healing. It’s all going as planned. We can reclaim our awareness and internal compass and open our eyes at any time.
